I finally chose a photo to start off my photo blog... I was wandering along the Tel Aviv beachfront and ducked under a fence to get into a park closed off for construction. It was quiet, still, and I came upon this solitary bird sculpture...then the stillness was broken by a plane coming in to land and I snapped this shot.
